B.C. floods update

Canada Post is currently experiencing some network-wide challenges due to the recent flooding in B.C. and is experiencing shipping delays as a result. Please allow for a few extra business days for your order to arrive. If you are in an affected area

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and DSC credit/gift cards.

How do I create an On Demand order?

Is there a shipping fee?

Your order ships for free if it contains blades only. A $8 shipping fee will apply to orders that include other grooming products, such as Shave Butter, until your order reaches our free shipping threshold of $30.

Can you ship bulk orders or pay in advance?

Sorry, we don't offer bulk orders at this time, only monthly to every four month subscription frequencies are available.

When will my on demand order arrive?

UPDATE: We are currently experiencing shipping delays, so orders may arrive later than your original estimated delivery date. Typically, 4-6 business days once it ships.

Can I send an On Demand order to a different address?

Sure, you can change your shipping information while placing the order. Please keep in mind this will now be your default address for all future boxes.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We don’t offer expedited shipping at this time, just the standard 4-6 business days. However, you can place an On Demand order or contact our Club Pros to get your order processed as soon as possible.

Can I pay for an On Demand order with a different card?

Sure, you can change your billing information while placing the order. Just remember that the new card you enter will be used to pay for all future boxes.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout Canada, as well as the US, UK, and Australia. Feel free to contact us for more information.

Do I have to be home to receive my order?

Nope! All orders are delivered via Canada Post and don’t require a signature. We tried carrier pigeons, but they proved unreliable.

Do you accept PayPal?

Yes! For your convenience we accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards. Keep in mind that your PayPal account will need to be linked with a card or bank account if you choose it as a payment method, as we cannot accept balances at this time.
