You can use your email address to log in and come back to the Club anytime! Once you're in, head to your Account Page , click the "My Subscriptions" tab at the top. Scroll down to the subscription you want to reactivate and Click "Reactivate Subscription"
If you forgot your email address you can contact us and we’ll get you sorted.
